Glasgow is one of Britain's largest, liveliest and interesting cities. Glasgow has some excellent museums and art galleries including the famous Burrell Collection. Glasgow has also many restaurants, pubs and clubs and a very lively arts scene as well as probably the best shopping in the UK outside London. Glasgow's proximity to some of the world's best scenery the Trossachs, Loch Lomond and to the North including the Highlands make it an ideal place to stay.
